Review process
What we check before a listing is included

Start with the issuing source
We trace a listing back to the sponsor or program administrator instead of treating a reposted directory as the final authority.

Check applicant eligibility
We review business type, geography, ownership, industry, business stage, revenue, employee, and project restrictions that affect fit.

Identify the actual award
We distinguish cash grants from reimbursements, services, pitch prizes, loans, contracts, accelerators, and programs that require matching funds.

Confirm timing and application path
We record the deadline or rolling status and test the path an applicant must follow to reach the current rules and application.

Flag the catch
We surface application fees, membership requirements, narrow use-of-funds rules, geographic boundaries, and other details that can change the value of an opportunity.

Quarterly review, plus corrections
The paid list is reviewed quarterly. Sponsors can still change deadlines, pause applications, or revise rules between reviews, so every applicant should re-check the issuing page immediately before submitting.
Corrections
Tell us when a source changes
Send the program name, source URL, and the detail that changed. We will review the source and correct our research when the evidence supports it.
